Brandon Thrasher brings nearly twenty years of transformative leadership in Career Technical Education, blending real-world industry insight with a bold vision for the future of learning. Before becoming a districtwide CTE strategist, Brandon spent a decade as a high-impact Entrepreneurship and Business teacher, designing programs that didn’t just teach skills—they launched possibilities. His students partnered with organizations like Ernst & Young, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC), Youth Business Alliance (YBA), and the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), gaining authentic industry exposure and building pathways into college, careers, and leadership.

As a CTE Advisor, Grant Controller and Instructional Coach, Brandon now supports schools in designing future-ready programs tailored to the needs of Gen Z and Alpha learners. His expertise in pathway development and grant strategy—including Perkins and the Golden State Pathway Program Grant—ensures that schools have the resources, structure, and vision to build and sustain high-quality learning experiences.

Through Ensahyt, Brandon is expanding that mission. He is building a dynamic hub where educators, administrators, and industry partners can access real-time insights, cutting-edge strategies, and actionable tools that strengthen pathways and elevate student outcomes.
